In my more than 25 years as a coach and consultant, I have worked with multinational companies, start-ups, non-profits, C-Suite leaders, entrepreneurs, creative types, and people from all walks of life. I thrive on helping my clients step into their best selves so they can create and innovate in their lives and businesses.

I want every conversation and training to deepen your understanding of the simple truths that will change your experience of work and life. I’m highly intuitive and bring a sense of joy and humor to our work together. In addition to having extensive experience in business, I have spent decades studying transformation, and what makes it possible, including in-depth experience with the Three Principles, transpersonal psychology, the Enneagram, process painting, and the Diamond approach.

For over two decades I worked on large brands both as a designer and creative director. My work included projects for an eclectic Who’s Who of corporate success stories ranging from Apple and Budget Rent-A-Car to Johnson & Johnson and Anheuser-Busch. I worked directly for clients and also consulted with many of the top design firms and agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Additionally, I worked in-house at a large technology company, directing, designing and managing the brand from the client side.

I am a Certified Master Transformative Coach and was on staff at Michael Neill’s Supercoach Academy from 2017 through 2020. My initial coach training was at the renowned Coaches Training Institute, so I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and have been credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology/Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area in the midst of all its beauty and diversity. When I have a spare hour I indulge my passion for painting.
